Aseptic filling
STERFILL® aseptic fillers
Alcos builds STERFILL® aseptic fillers compatible with bags from 220 to 1,000 kg in bag-in-drum and bag-in-bin formats, designed to ensure microbiological safety, steam sterilization at 130°C, and dosing precision on large volumes in continuous operation.
STERFILL COMPACT® aseptic fillers
Alcos develops aseptic fillers for bags from 2 to 1,000 liters, designed to ensure maximum microbiological safety, dosing precision, and operational flexibility across various bag-in-box, bag-in-drum, and bag-in-bin formats.
RENAPACK® aseptic fillers
Alcos designs RENAPACK® automatic aseptic fillers for bag-in-box bags from 2 to 20 liters, conceived to combine high automation, flexibility, and microbiological safety for production outputs of up to 9,000 L/h.
ASEPACK® Monoblock (Sterilizer + Filler)
ASEPACK® is the most advanced and compact solution currently available for industrial aseptic packaging. Designed for aseptic filling in 220 and 1,000 kg bags (bag-in-drum and bag-in-bin), it draws on the know-how of Renato Ponzi, owner of the patented filling system at the core of the machine.
Volumetric dosing
Linear volumetric dosing machines
Alcos builds linear piston fillers for the precise filling of liquid and viscous products, featuring digital dosing control, advanced automation, and maximum ease of sanitization.
Rotary volumetric dosing machines
Alcos develops rotary fillers for high-capacity production, designed to ensure speed, precision and continuous operation on automated lines.
Capping and packaging
Capping machines
Alcos designs capping machines with the patented SteamAl® system, built to ensure reliable seals, high vacuum values, and ultra-clean hygiene standards in the preserves and beverage sectors.
Topping-up machines
Alcos designs topping-up machines for filling with brine and vacuum suction of residual air, ideal for ensuring uniformity and packaging quality.
Post-packaging heat treatment
Pasteurization tunnels
Alcos builds pasteurization tunnels for the heat treatment of packaged products, with automatic control of time and temperature to ensure microbiological stability and safety.
Solid systems for reliable packaging
PACKAGING DIVISION
Integrating a machine isn't enough. You need to integrate the process.
In industrial packaging, adapting a standard solution to different products generates process instability, hygiene issues, and efficiency limitations.
When packaging and processing are not designed together, difficulties emerge quickly — especially during production.
Supplying a single machine without a line-wide vision can lead to complex integrations and start-up challenges: problems that slow down production and increase operational risks.
That’s why we develop every solution starting from the product and its actual production requirements.
Design that starts with the product
We work with end users and industrial customers, covering a wide range of liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous products. Every solution is developed based on product, format, and production capacity, with attention to hygiene, reliability, and line integration.
Complete line integration
The Alcos Packaging Division takes a structured approach: process analysis, selection of the most suitable technology (aseptic or hot filling), custom design, and start-up support. Every machine is built to work in harmony with the entire line.
Lines ready to produce
The result is stable packaging lines, designed to ensure production continuity across a wide range of applications — from tomatoes to sauces, beverages to juices, through to preserves, oils, dairy, and egg products.
